This extensive rehabilitation project restored the historic Fresno Sante Fe Depot to a fully-functioning passenger rail station. Many of the building’s features that were lost in the course of a number of 20th century modernization attempts were restored, replicated, and reinstalled, including the clock tower and clock face, main entry, windows, and baggage doors. The completed project won awards from the California Preservation Foundation, the AIA San Joaquin Chapter, and the Fresno historical society. The depot is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
