Industrial Construction: Nevada Historical Markers

Statewide, Nevada
There’s a little bit of history in everything Reyman Bros. does—and nowhere is that more evident than in the firm’s statewide contract to repair and maintain the 253 monuments that make up Nevada’s Historical Markers. The four-year contract entails surveying, documenting, repairing, and maintaining the markers at Nevada’s famous—and not-so-familiar—points of interest. The Nevada State Legislature initiated the program in 1967 to create awareness about the Silver State’s rich heritage, which was largely overshadowed by the glitz and glamour of Nevada’s gaming centers.
