Kings Beach, California
Sierra Pacific Power Company, Nevada’s largest public utility, commissioned Reyman Bros. to build this 7,900 sq. ft. utility warehouse and 3,600 sq. ft. office facility on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. This facility was built with CMU masonry walls and an open web steel joist roof structure. An existing office building was remodeled and incorporated into the finished facility.
